Oil to clean an oily face?

I have oily skin. And I normally use all of these things on a regular basis to clean my face.

Yes I know when I am older I will appreciate having oily skin. They say it helps keep wrinkles at bay? Yes I know putting more oil on oily skin is supposedly a no-no. But why aren't all those man-made chemicals in most facial cleansers a no-no? I am ready for something a little more natural. And not to mention safer. We have a very curious toddler on the loose here and anything he finds goes straight to his mouth. Just today he pulled a bottle of ACV from the refrigerator, opened the lid and took a swig. He actually seemed to enjoy it though. HA.

I have read a lot of reviews on the oil cleansing method and 98% of them have been positive. What could be the worst thing that could happen, an oily face, breakouts, uneven skin tone? Well I deal with that currently. And I am willing to give up all my current products if this works. All you need is a little castor oil and some sunflower seed oil. That is it!

I won't be starting today. I still need to buy some sunflower seed oil. I'm not sure if my local grocery store sells it or not. I will post an update on the findings of my new cleansing method once I have been using it for a week and then again after a month. I will then post what oil blend worked best for me. Stay tuned.
