Garden Update!

"Then God said, "Let the land produce vegetation: seed‑bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds." And it was so. The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good" Genesis 1: 11 ‑ 12

Sorry for the delay in a post. I hope once football season is over and school is out I will be able to post a little more regular, but I'm not making any promises.

I am really enjoying our garden. I don't have much growing up, except tomatoes, but I am loving the new things Hubs and I are learning as we go. Next years garden will be bigger and hopefully produce even more. Now if we could just get some rain!

How is your garden growing? What did you plant?

I am thinking this fall we should plant a cover crop in the new area we will use as a garden next year. Have you ever planted cover crops? Did it help the soil?
